We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Agent to join our growing support team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience by resolving issues, answering inquiries, and providing guidance about our products and services.
The ideal candidate is a great communicator, problem solver, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will represent our brand in every interaction and ensure customers feel heard, supported, and satisfied.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and internal processes.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Product, Technical Teams) to resolve more complex cases.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues using CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
&High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support, call center, or client service role.
Experience working with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) is a plus.
Comfortable working in a digital/remote support environment (if applicable).
