Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Agent to join our growing support team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience by resolving issues, answering inquiries, and providing guidance about our products and services.

The ideal candidate is a great communicator, problem solver, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will represent our brand in every interaction and ensure customers feel heard, supported, and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools, methods, and internal processes.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and first-contact resolution.

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.

  • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Product, Technical Teams) to resolve more complex cases.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues using CRM tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).

  • Continuously improve knowledge of company products, services, and policies.

Requirements & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer support, call center, or client service role.

  • Experience working with customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom) is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a digital/remote support environment (if applicable).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
