Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead daily operations at our flagship outlet. You’ll ensure excellent customer experience, manage a team, and uphold visual merchandising standards
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day store operations
Train and manage sales associates
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels
Coordinate with inventory and logistics team
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)
2+ years experience in a retail environment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
