Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, managing content calendars, coordinating with vendors, and analyzing campaign performance.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for digital marketing. You'll help drive brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, and print.

  • Coordinate content creation efforts including blog posts, newsletters, and social posts in collaboration with designers and copywriters.

  • Maintain and update marketing calendars and timelines.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media insights.

  • Support event planning, trade shows, webinars, and virtual events.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Help manage CRM and email marketing lists, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.

  • Collaborate with the sales team

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role.

  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, or Hootsuite.

  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.

  • Internship experience in marketing or PR can be considered.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand consistency.
