We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This role involves executing marketing campaigns, managing content calendars, coordinating with vendors, and analyzing campaign performance.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for digital marketing. You'll help drive brand awareness and engagement across multiple channels.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, digital advertising, and print.
Coordinate content creation efforts including blog posts, newsletters, and social posts in collaboration with designers and copywriters.
Maintain and update marketing calendars and timelines.
Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media insights.
Support event planning, trade shows, webinars, and virtual events.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Help manage CRM and email marketing lists, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
Collaborate with the sales team
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role.
Familiarity with marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Canva, or Hootsuite.
Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
Internship experience in marketing or PR can be considered.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and brand consistency.
